BEFORE ANY PAINTING IS PERFORMED, CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE COLOR BOARDS FOR AGENCY SELECTION OF PAINTS. THE WALLS TO BE REPAINTED ARE APPROXIMATELY 10,954 SQUARE FEET OF WALLS. 2. REMOVAL OF EXISTING CARPET TILES (7,369 SQUARE FEET) IN THE SUITE. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF ALL DEBRIS AND RECYCLING OF THE REMOVED CARPET. 3.
