The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center awarded a $1,015,012 firm fixed price purchase order to the Canadian Commercial Corporation for the delivery of a hyperspectral imager system. The imager will be integrated into the Joint Standard Instrumentation Suite at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. Per the original solicitation, the Test Center sought to procure a hyperspectral imager with spectral coverage from 1.5 to 5.4 microns, a minimum resolution of 128x128 pixels, and other technical capabilities outlined in the specification. The Canadian Commercial Corporation will deliver the imager, as the prime contractor, to Arnold AFB by May 5, 2023 to meet the requirements of this contract. The parent company of the prime contractor is the Government of Canada, and performance will take place at a facility in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
