Windows 10 Upgrade
The contractor is required to perform a one-time, on-base upgrade of the Honeywell Window 10 system at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). This includes providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and software. The contractor will also install a new access control system (ACS), intrusion detection system (IDS), intrusion detection equipment (IDE), and perform upgrades to the existing system at Tinker Air Forces Base, building 3220, room 214.
List of products and services to be provided by the contractor:
Labor, tools, equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, software for the Honeywell Window 10 upgrade.
Installation of new access control system (ACS).
Installation of intrusion detection system (IDS).
Installation of intrusion detection equipment (IDE).
Upgrades to the existing system at Tinker Air Forces Base, building 3220, room 214.
Compliance with the current edition of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)/ICS 705.
Installation and equipment replacement as per the list provided in the document.
Upgrades to existing IDS.
Installation of new ACS.
Installation of new IDS.
Installation of new IDE.
Electrical work as per the requirements mentioned in the document.
Removal, safe storage, and protection of existing ceiling tiles.
Patching and painting of walls affected by removing panels and/or electrical boxes.
Coordination with the Government POC and Security POC in relocating existing furniture, equipment, storage shelves, etc. from the installation areas and the immediate vicinity.
Submission of all plans and work drawings prior to work beginning for approval.
Ensuring the walls surrounding any penetrations made during the execution of this contract are finished or repaired.
Compliance with all requirements and procedures regarding Building 3220 and Room 214 security.
Provision of an evaluation report on a contractor devised form to the Government Point of Contact (GPOC) and the Contracting Officer (CO) within seven (7) business day.
Provision of a written Service Report to the Government SME.
Provision of a written response within two (2) business days which addresses the root cause, corrective action, and preventive actions in relation to the submitted CAR or Customer Complaint.
