This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AG-82B1-S-10-0278 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is 33.5M in average annual receipts. This acquisition is small business set-aside. This procurement is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. Scope of Contract: The contractor shall provide Masonry Restoration Construction Supervision in accordance with the statement of work provided in attachment - for Northern Hills Ranger District, Spearfish, SD 57783. There will not be a SF1449 provided for this project all applicable documents are provided in attachments. Prospective bidders are to complete schedule of items,ORCA and 52.212-3 and return as part of package.
