The goal is to achieve mass savings and improved reliability compared to traditional metal-based manufacturing techniques, in support of future cryogenic propellant-based space exploration missions. The contract includes the design and fabrication of screen samples, cryogenic thermal cycling and performance testing, and a proof-of-concept composite channel arm.
