This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, dated November 6, 2017. Solicitation 36C26218Q0550 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 334510 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 1,250 Employees. The Government is seeking a contract to acquire an ultrasound image console and components. This solicitation contains a brand name justification for the following systems and components: Unit: The system must be able to connect to a minimum of tee transducer simultaneously. System must provide at least 1.5 hours battery back-up for emergencies. Must have a 4-1 MHz transducer designed for Echocardiograms, with 30 cm penetration capability: Ability to perform Echocardiograms and Abdominal Vascular studies. Intra Cardiac Echo (ICE) catheter that will provide a 64-element phased array. Must be able to integrate with our current ICE system (ENSITE.) Must have a Linear Array transducer (8-3 MHz) for visualizing peripheral vascularity. The system must integrate with our current systems (BARD, CARTO, Boston Scientific, ENSITE.) System must run on a Windows 7 or newer platform (VA regulations and reason for new equipment.) Must have multi-function USB Port Must have HDMI/DVI digital video output Must have CD/DVD burner Must be compatible with DICOM software See attached SF 1449 Solicitation for further details.
