The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 1 seeks to award a firm-fixed price contract for a peer-to-peer radiology image sharing software solution and support services. The contractor must provide a DICOM-compliant system to allow sharing of medical images between VISN 1 facilities and community partners, hosted on the VISN 1 virtual machine environment.
