SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to provide parking spaces for the employee subsidized parking program. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The purpose of this market research is to identify capable sources of providing parking spaces in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) (ATTACHMENT 1). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812930 Parking Lots and Garages is most appropriate for this requirement. The size standard is $38.5 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is X1LZ- Lease/Rental of Parking Facilities. Capabilities Statement and Documentation: Firms/Companies are invited to provide their capabilities in providing parking spaces for either or both of the following locations: 1. Fifty (50) unreserved and fourteen (14) reserved parking spaces collocated in one garage within a 3-block proximity to 1666 K Street, NW Washington D.C. 2. Twenty-tee (23) unreserved parking spaces collocated in one garage within a 3-block proximity to 1800 G Street, NW Washington D.C. Sources are asked to provide information to demonstrate their answers to the following items of information: Company Name, Address, DUNS, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number, Address of the proposed parking garage(s); and Indicate whether option year pricing is available. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C10X19Q0224 (attached). This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect tough Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101, effective October 26, 2018, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Administration (OA) has a requirement for the procurement of fifty (50) unreserved and fourteen (14) reserved parking spaces within a two-block radius of 1666 K Street NW, Washington D.C., twenty-tee (23) unreserved parking spaces within a two-block radius of 1800 G Street, NW, Washington D.C., and twelve (12) unreserved parking spaces within a two-block radius of 1100 1st Street NE, Washington D.C. Respondents are to quote Firm Fixed Prices for all of the line items on the B.4 Price Cost Schedule. Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2015-4281, Revision 14, dated 07/16/2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
