BRVB, Audio, Video and Exhibit Repair140P6023Q0027 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The National Park service is issuing this request for quote (RFQ) 140P6023Q0027, for the performance of the repair of audio, video and exhibit components with the existing exhibit system to restore the functionality of the controls to an iPad-controlled device, in accordance with the provided Scope of Work (SOW). All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. The Solicitation Number is 140P6023Q0027 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02. The FAC is available at https://www.acquisition.gov/FAR. (iv) This requirement has been set aside for Total Small Business Set Aside competition in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Set-Aside for, or Sole Source Award to, Total Small Business Set Aside Concerns Eligible Under the Total Small Business Set Aside, under NAICS Code 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $34.0M. (v) Line items: 10- BRVB, Audio, Video and Exhibit Repair(vi) The acquisition is for the performance at Brown v. Board of Education National Historical Park (BRVB) Topeka, KS. The work will be accomplished tough contract and will consist of the components discussed in the statement of work. Product and services offered to the Government under this purchase shall meet or exceed the following in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
