By nomenclature, all items appear to be parts for fluid power systems and are commercial of-a-type. Therefore FAR 13.5 was used to solicit and award these items, 25 of the 86 items are being added to the ordering agreement at this time. The remaining 61 items will be added later. A list of the 25 items being added in the contract action is attached to this notice. Awarded contract SPE4A520DC001 to unknown vendor for unknown amount on 2020-06-18.
