For this reason, DLA Troop Support would appreciate your firm sharing your expertise and insight into how these items can be most efficiently procured.DLA Troop Support anticipates issuing a solicitation for the referenced item(s) under an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contract may be for a term of one year. Further, it may contain an option to extend the term of the contract. If an option to extend the term of the contract provision is included in the solicitation, each option term would be one year. However, the total contract term will not exceed four years. The answer to the questions concerning pricing will be one of the factors that will help the Government to determine the term of the contract.It should be noted that this inquiry, in no way, should be interpreted as a solicitation for offers. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order. The estimated quantity min is 276 each/AOLQ is 1,380 each and AEQ is 1,104 each. with multiple destinations toughout the continental USA, as FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery will be required 120 days after the date of award. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after 15 January 2015. All offerors MUST be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered.
