"NOAA METHYLMERCURY CONTRACT" THIS CONTRACT IS TO ADVANCE A MULTI-YEAR RESEARCH EFFORT THAT IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE TO DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL INTEREST CONCERNING THE UTILIZATION OF MARINE AND ESTUARINE RESOURCES. THE IMPETUS FOR THIS RESEARCH STEMS FROM PUBLIC, INDUSTRY, NGO, CONGRESSIONAL, STATE, FEDERAL, INTERNATIONAL, EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, AND HEALTH CARE INTEREST IN OBTAINING THE BEST SCIENCE POSSIBLE ON THE HUMAN HEALTH EFFECTS OF SEAFOOD CONSUMPTION AS IT RELATES TO METHLYMERCURY IN SEAFOOD.
