Added: May 01, 2009 12:23 pm RECOVERY DEMOLITION:General requirements1) Contractor shall demo existing tile as needed to remove tub and plumbing fixtures.2) Contractor shall cut opening in wall between bedrooms for new pre-hung wood door And frame. (2'-8" x 6'-8") 3) Contractor shall demo existing vanity units, light fixtures, medicine cabinets, mirrors and associated plumbing on what is to become the new coffee bar area and the remaining bedroom area. 4) Contractor shall remove lockers(2) in bedroom area on what is to become the coffee bar area.5) Contractor shall remove (2) 2'-0" x 6'-8" doors & frames between bedrooms & batoom area.Architectural:1) Contractor shall provide new wall vinyl as needed behind demoed locker area and removed door unit. (Vinyl provided by Gov.)2) Contractor shall provide new vanity w/ solid surface ctop in remaining bedroom area.3) Contractor shall fill in wall between new coffee bar and batoom where door was removed.4) Contractor shall tape, float, texture & paint all filled in openings, walls with new penetrations and all batoom walls, doors (clear coat), and door frames. (Colors: TBD)5) Contractor shall provide (1) new 2'-8" x 6'-8" pre-hung wood door with privacy hardware between living area and bedroom6) Contractor shall provide (1) new 2'-0" x 6'-8" solid core wood door with hol. Mtl. Frame between bedroom and batoom. 7) Contractor shall provide new ceramic tile and duro rock around tub. Added: May 01, 2009 1:51 pm RECOVERY The following requirements are intended to describe the general scope of the project, but in no way limits the contract with respect to the extent of the work indicated in the specifications or on the drawings, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This project will provide new laminated plywood kitchen cabinets, solid surface countertop, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, stove, exhaust hood, and vinyl flooring. Provide a new one piece fiberglass shower stall, shower rod, lavatory faucets, vanity, and stainless steel medicine cabinet in the batoom. Paint kitchen, living area, batoom and exterior door.
