This is a $387,000.00 definitive, firm-fixed price contract awarded by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to Sygnos Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified firm. The contract is for the TAS 9-104 PATIENT WARDS PHASE II project, a construction and renovation effort located in Phoenix, Arizona. This award is part of a larger $600 million multiple-award construction services contract the VA has with SDVOSB firms for projects in Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Sygnos Inc. also holds a $70 million single-award contract with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for water and sewer line construction projects set aside for HUBZone businesses, as well as positions on GSA construction contracts for Regions 8 and 9, allowing the company to provide a wide range of infrastructure services to federal agencies.
