The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command awarded a $524,432.00 firm fixed price definitive contract to Integrated Procurement Technologies (IPT) for a demineralizer. The contract does not have a set-aside designation. IPT, a for-profit organization, is providing the demineralizer under this contract with a completion date of April 6, 2020. The original solicitation indicates the government lacked sufficient data to purchase this part from other sources. IPT has previously provided a variety of aviation components, industrial supplies, electronics, optical equipment, and hardware to the Department of Defense, primarily the Defense Logistics Agency, as well as the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Coast Guard and the Department of the Navy. IPT holds several Indefinite Delivery Contracts and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity vehicles with DLA and the Navy to provide specialized goods over extended periods.
