The contract was set aside for small businesses. Hartman-Walsh Painting Co. is a nationwide industrial painting, coatings, lining, cleaning, and ultra-high-pressure blasting company with extensive experience providing protective coating application services for critical infrastructure facilities, including numerous prime contracts with the Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation for dam projects. The Bureau of Reclamation recently awarded Hartman-Walsh Painting Co. a $12 million multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide protective coating services at Hoover Dam, Parker Dam, and Davis Dam facilities along the Lower Colorado River through September 2027.
