Added: Sep 19, 2016 11:55 am NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Firm Fixed Price contract to Royal Communications International, Inc. 3135Coachman Ct, Oceanside, CA 92056 for "Unlimited License agreement to install G849 DVP-200 interface option into USCG owned Micom 3T radios" in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive solicitation of offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
