Advanced Controls Tester
Added: Apr 09, 2015 9:25 am ITEM 0001: NSN: 4920-01-621-1719KV, Part Number PWA500867, Advanced Controls Tester, used to perform Functional Acceptance testing on EEC106-80\90 Digital Electronic Engine Controls which govern the Pratt & Whitney F100-PW-220 and F100-PW-229 engines for the F-15 and F-16 aircraft. Requirement is for eleven (11) each in the basic, and 2 Option Periods, Quantity of 1-3 each. Option I is valid for 365 days; Option II is valid for 730 days. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Places of delivery for basic quantity are DBE002 (Quantity 1 EA), DCI002 (Quantity 1 EA), DKS005 (Quantity 4 EA), DMO001 (Quantity 1 EA), DSR004 (Quantity 2 EA), DIQ00X (Quantity 1 EA), and DJO002 (Quantity 1 EA), and are due 510 days ARO Contract. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement. Delivery of options is 510 days after exercise of options. Options may be exercised for Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), or FMS requirements. Assets will be shipped FOB origin. The approximate RFP issue date will be 24 April 2015; proposals are due 25 May 2015. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. This acquisition is sole source to Pratt & Whitney (CAGE 77445), IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agancy Requirements. The Government does not own technical data/drawings to include with this RFP. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
