Added: Aug 31, 2016 4:37 pm Synopsis- Training Conex Structures And InstallationThis is a presolicitation notice for the purchase of conex structures. The conex structures will consist of twelve 8 foot by 20 foot conexes bolted together to form six 16 foot by 20 foot conex structures. The structures will require wired power for lighting and air cooling/heating. Installation will require the removal and relocation of six 17 foot long, 13 foot wide, 12 foot high sheds from the desired conex location before the conexes can be installed. This purchase will be for Fairchild AFB, WA and will be solicited under solicitation number FA4620-16-T-A304. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR Parts 12 and 13. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price contract using best value.Quotations will be evaluated based on the offeror's quote meeting the technical requirements listed in the Statement of Work and Price. Price will be the sole factor considered for those offers that meet the requirements listed in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be set-aside for small businesses only under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332439 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Non-Manufacturer Rule is applicable. The solicitation will be issued utilizing Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. The closing date and time for submission of questions and offers will be contained in the solicitation package. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review the site frequently for any amendments. Paper copies will not be available.All prospective offers must be regisered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Added: Sep 08, 2016 11:21 am The contractor shall provide twelve 8 foot by 20 foot conex containers capable of being bolted together to form six 16 foot by 20 foot structures with a door and window. The six structures will be wired for 120V and 220V electrical power and will have lighting and a cooling/heating unit installed. All structures will be airtight, watertight, insulated, and painted a matching light tan. Installation will require the removal and relocation of 6 existing 17 foot long, 13 foot wide, 12 foot high sheds that must remain intact and undamaged. After shed removal, the 12 conex containers will be installed, bolted together, and sealed to form the six structures.Delivery and installation will take place at Fairchild AFB, WA 99011 FA4620-16-T-A304 Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command
