MCC - NY Replace Elevator Cabin
Added: Oct 23, 2015 2:58 pm The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of construction services for the replacement of ONE of the institution's elevator cabins at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) New York located at 150 Park Row, New York, New York. The scope of work consists of, but is not strictly limited to the following: labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace and/or renovate the cabins and/or components of the cabins. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. Funds are currently available. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. The estimated cost range for all work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. The solicitation will be available on or about October 23, 2015, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov.
