This is a modification to a federal contract award from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to the prime contractor Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees, a for-profit organization registered to do business with the federal government. The purposes of this $23,568 modification are to extend the contract completion date from August 31, 2008 to October 31, 2008, and to increase the total estimated cost and obligated amount from $30,741 to $54,309. The original contract was a Time and Materials definitive contract with a ceiling value of $109,093.90. This contract does not have a set-aside designation as Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees is a foreign entity. USAID, a civilian federal agency, has issued this award to Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees to provide a variety of services in support of USAID programs and initiatives operating in Vietnam.
