About Education Alliance For New Hampshire

Campus Compact For New Hampshire is a statewide consortium of college and university presidents and private sector partners united in their commitment to integrating community service into campus and academic life. Their mission is to be a catalyst to integrate community involvement into the culture and curricula of higher education in New Hampshire, with the goal of expanding postsecondary opportunities and improving instructional quality in the state.

Over the past several years, Campus Compact For New Hampshire has received substantial federal grant funding from the Department of Education to implement programs aimed at expanding postsecondary opportunities and improving education outcomes in the state. A major award was a $4.8 million GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) Project Grant to provide services assisting eligible low-income students in obtaining a secondary school diploma and preparing for college.
