The tenant agency prefers to be located on the second floor or higher.


Proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee as "hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities," which include fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc.

The tenant agency prefers to not to be located near low-risk facilities, such as daycare centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers and social service centers.


Space in retail strip centers will not be considered.
 The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation offices or other facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant for security purposes.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.


Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative DTZ Americas, Inc.
