*The Government currently occupies space in Wheeling, WV and the cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations, will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous.
* Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain and must be above 1st floor or ground level.

5.Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property
