The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services for male and female inmates in the West Springfield, Massachusetts area. The location where services are to be performed must be no further than 20 miles from the Hampden County Sheriff Department Residential Reentry Center (RRC) located at 325 Alabama Street, Ludlow, Massachusetts, 01056. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government and all quantities are estimated for the Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) services. The estimated services for the base year and each option year are as follows. (All session will equal 30 minutes in duration):
Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 5, Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 5 inmates; Individual Counseling Sessions for 24 sessions x 5 inmates = 120 sessions; Group Counseling Sessions for 72 sessions x 5 inmates = 360 sessions; Psychiatric Health Intake & Assessment, 1 per inmate x 2 inmates = 2 each; Individual Mental Health Counseling Sessions for 24 sessions x 3 inmates = 72 sessions; Group Mental Health Counseling Sessions for 12 sessions x 3 inmates = 36 sessions; Mental Health Intake Assessment and Report (one per inmate) for 1 inmate; Medication Monitoring (2 each per inmate) for 3 inmates = 6 each

The services above shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated June 2010 and Revised July 2010 for the Northeast Region. The request for quotation will be available on or after July 30, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site
