A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. As part of your quote, you are required to include the format from the itemized listing to include line item, warranty information, quantity, unit, description, price and total amount information or your quote will be considered nonresponsive.
(v) Prospective Contractor quotes shall provide description and part number of quoted item, unit of issue, quantity, subtotal per CLIN, quote total, and amount of delivery days to destination when preparing a quote.
(vi) The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation: Purchase of Smart Board 685ix2 interactive whiteboard with UX80 projector at DSO Japan in accordance with (IAW) the attached specifications. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
(vii) Advanced payments are not authorized. Commercial items shall be priced as FOB destination to DLA Tracy Depot Warehouse, CCP WHSE 30, 25600 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Delivery and installation terms are 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
(viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. (JUL 2013), applies to this acquisition. All companies must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal.

(a) All interested vendors shall submit a quote to Aaron.firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email a courtesy copy of all correspondence to Ms. Angela Dash at Angela.email@example.com. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered as shown below.
(1) A vendor's quotation will be considered if it meets the requirements detailed in paragraphs (v) through (vii) above. Quotations that do not meet these requirements will be considered unacceptable and will not be considered for award.
(2) Delivery Terms: The vendor shall be able to deliver the equipment to: DLA Tracy Depot Warehouse, CCP WHSE 30, 25600 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95304-5000 within 30 days ARO. Quotations that do not confirm compliance with this requirement will not be considered for award.
(b) AWARD PROCESS: The Government will first evaluate all quotations on a pass or fail basis to determine whether the quote meets the specifications defined in (v) through (vii) above. Quotes will then be ranked according to price. The offeror who submits the lowest price and meets or exceeds the specifications defined in (v) through (vii) above will receive the award. The award will be made to that offeror without further consideration of any other offerors.
(c) A written notice of award or acceptance of the offer, emailed to the offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept the offer, whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.

(a) In accordance with sections 8124 and 8125 of Division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012,(Pub. L. 112-74) none of the funds made available by that Act may be used to enter into a contract with any corporation that-
(1) Has any unpaid Federal tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability, where the awarding agency is aware of the unpaid tax liability, unless the agency has considered suspension or debarment of the corporation and made a determination that this further action is not necessary to protect the interests of the Government.
