The Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS) Small Boat Program has a requirement for development of an ONMS Vessel Safety Handbook to improve ONMS vessel operations and safety. The Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS) Small Boat Program supports the marine engineering requirements of the National Marine Sanctuary sites throughout the United States and American Samoa.

The proposed contract action is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 and the business size standard for this requirement is $14.0M.
The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance shall be 90 days from date of award. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within seven (7) calendar days of its publication.
