Post the "Questions and Answers" documentation.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-13-Q-0215-Shower_Trailers is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, Defense Circular Number 20130228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2012-1107. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside under the Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 562998 with a size standard of $7M or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - The contractor shall provide all tranportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to deliver, setup, teardown and remove shower trailer(s) with 21 shower stalls with running hot/cold water and lights. The contractor shall provide all the necessary hoses, drain hoses, power chord(s) (minimum 150', 120V, 60 amp circuits), and all other parts and accessories necessary for operation. Air Force to supply fresh water source within 20' of shower trailer(s). Contractor shall service the shower trailer(s) upon final pickup. Delivery date 5 April 2013. Removal date 22 April 2013. The contractor shall coordinate delivery and removal of shower stall trailer(s), CLINs 0001, with the government representative. The government representative will be provided to the contractor at the time of contract award.
