The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Secure Juvenile Services (in house beds) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within the city limits of Post, Texas (Garza County).
Services for in house beds placements shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Contract Secure Juvenile Facility with Work Release, February 2016".

This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract for services with a one year base period, and four one-year options periods. The requirement will consist of a 15 bed facility in which can be filled with a combination of males or females.

RFP-200-1307-WS will be available on or about August 1, 2016, and it will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Future information about this acquisition will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP-200-1307-WS will be on or about September 29, 2016.
