The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG, on behalf of the G-3/5/7 US Army Command and Control Support Agency (USACCSA) intends to release request for proposal W91CRB-13-R-0029 on or about April 2013 for Command and Control Application, Database and Web Development and Maintenance Services as a 100% set aside for small business concerns. Small businesses that are certified and qualified as a small business concern under the NAICS code 541511, size standard 25.5 million dollars will be solicited for this requirement. Under this requirement, the contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other items necessary to complete the work. A cost plus fixed-fee (CPFF) contract is contemplated. The anticipated ordering period is three (3) years. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) as http://www.sam.gov. The offeror must have or be able to obtain a DCAA approved cost and accounting system. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the internet at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site located at the following address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. The on-line version of the RFP includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents.
