NATIONAL INITIAL OUTFITTING, TRANSITION AND ACTIVATION CONTRACT INDUSTRY DAY

On January 30, 2014 a sources sought notice was published to FBO.GOV for interested parties to submit responses to determine capability/availability of sources and serve as supplementary market research for a national Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide Initial Outfitting, Transitioning and Activating (IOT&A) services to VA Medical Centers throughout the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and all its territories.

Due to the overwhelming responses and comments/suggestions from industry a follow up INDUSTRY DAY shall be held to further enhance the understanding of capabilities and opportunities within the IOT&A community.

The industry day shall be held on March 13, 2014 from 8am to 4:30PM

The location shall be: Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel | 3400 Paradise Road | Las Vegas, NV 89169 | t: 702-784-5764

Hotel rooms are available for contractors at a reduced rate at the Renaissance Las Vegas, (please mention that you will be attending the VA conference).

All interested contractors are encouraged to attend or send a representative to attend this industry day.

The industry day shall outline the goals of the Government, overview of the MATOC, Small Business use, an overview of the working solicitation, proposal formatting and evaluation methods.

This Industry Day is not mandatory for participation in any future solicitation for the IDIQ MATOC.

This Industry Day shall be utilized for market research purposes only, to ensure that the Government and Industry communicate concerns, comments and questions.

The morning session (8AM to 11AM) shall consist of a presentation from the Government and a Q&A session with all contractors.
