This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited Other Than Full and Open Competition. This soliciation will contain one NSN 6320-00-853-1920, for Indicator, Ship's Speed. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 2 each for the base year only. Minimum Order Quantity is 2 each for the base and option years, The Maximum Order Quantity is 10 each, for the base and option years, The Estimated Annual Demand is 10 each, for the base and option years, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity per year is 19 each, for the base and option years.
