CSOSA is responsible for functions relating to pretrial services, probation, parole and offender supervision of more than 15,000 offenders from the District of Columbia. CSOSA's mission is to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism, and support the fair administration of justice in close collaboration with the communities it serves.CSOSA is seeking contractors capable of providing Psychological Support Services for offenders under CSOSA Supervision.
