The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811219, which has a size standard of $19.0 in millions of dollars.The National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), intends to procure on a sole source bases from Getinge USA, Inc. a one year preventive maintenance service agreement, for the Calibrations BLS# Suite Model 6610AR2, Calibrations BLS# Suite Model 6610AR2 Custom 10, Calibrations BLS# Suite Model 6610AR2 Custom 11 for one year starting on 4/1/2014-to-3/31/2015.
Getinge USA, Inc. is the only known vendor or manufacturer that is authorized and able to provide certified expertise and technicians. Parts and accessories must be original so not to affect the manufacturer warranty.
The maintenance service is to include unlimited number of demand on-site service visits and scheduled Preventive Maintenance visits.
The Government will award a fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
