The Federal Bureau of Prisons Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of a Post-Secondary/Vocational Culinary Arts (Instructor) Program for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution - Englewood, located in Littleton, Colorado. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in award of a single indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The contract shall consist of a 12 month base period and the possibility of four 12 month option periods. The estimated quantities include 1,080 sessions for the base year and each of the four option years if exercised. The contractor shall provide an instructor qualified to teach post-secondary level classes that meet primary Bureau of Prisons program objectives as of accreditation/certification.
