As part of P-8A Increment II, in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2014, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue to The Boeing Company (Boeing), P.O. Box 3707, 7755 East Marginal Way, Seattle, WA 98124-2499 a sole source cost reimbursement type modification to the P-8A System Development and Demonstration Contract N00019-04-C-3146 for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 3 to include integration and documentation of the P-8A High Altitude ASW Weapon Capability (HAAWC) and High Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare (HAASW) GPS Drop Vector Algorithm (GDVA) requirements. Anticipated period of performance is 36 months after contract award. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the P-8A aircraft and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
