General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for Janitorial and Related Services and Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the US Courthouse, Yakima, WA.The USCH Yakima WA is a Level 4 Security Facility and as such requires an in-depth background security clearance on employees who work at this facility.
The solicitation number will be GS-10P-11-LS-D-0016.The period of performance is for a base of twelve (12) months with four (4) one-year option periods.
This acquisition will be issued In Accordance With (IAW) Commercial Item Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as set forth under Federal Acquisition Part(s) 12 and 13.In conformance with FAR 19.13, this acquisition is being considered for a HUBZone Set-Aside.If your firm is HUBZone certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information to the Contracting Officer no later than 4 PM PST, Thursday, February 24, 2011:
