 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as a supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


2. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be issued to the successful bidder for these services. Please provide a quote for RFQ W912LC-10-R-0012 for OEM Repair Parts, Caterpillar Assembles for the Colorado Army National Guard Please submit any/all questions to carlos.castillo1@us.army.mil by 1:PM MST on July 12 2010. Email quotes to carlos.castillo1@us.army.mil . (See attached Statement of work/ Specifications) The Government plans to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. 3.. Period of performance:


•1.1.    Base year:  1 October 2010 through 30 September 2011 (FY 11)


•1.2.    Option year 1 :  1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012 (FY 12)


•1.3.    Option year 2:  1 October 2012 through 30 September 2013 (FY 13)


•1.4.    Option year 4:  1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014 (FY 14)


•1.5.    Option year 5:  1 October 2014 through 30 September 2015 (FY 15)




The Government will man an award to the lowest priced, responsible contractor whose quote confirms to the solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items (Nov 2007) and 52.215-5, Facsimile Proposals (Oct 1997) applies to this acquisition. Submit signed and dated quotes on company letterhead. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications system at http://orca.bpn.gov. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the internet, http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
