 Expressions of Interest Sought The U.S. Government currently, occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 10,584 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet.        Minimum ABOA square feet: 10,584 Maximum ABOA square feet: 10,584   The lease term requirement is for 10 years/5 firm. The space must be available for occupancy by 04/28/13. The delineated area is North: N KY RT 321 To Stonehedge Golf Course Entrance, South: KY RT 321 Prestonsburg Junction, East US 23, West US 23/KY RT 80 Junction.  Other applicable requirements include the following features: ••       Proximity to public transportation ••       Sole tenancy, if this is a requirement ••       Parking on site ••       Security [lobby, loading dock access, parking, setbacks etc, where and as applicable] The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
