Amendment #1, Full Solicitation Posted 2 Apr, 2013.The USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest, located in Duluth Minnesota anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multi-year service contract. This Contract will consist of Mowing and Brushing throughout the Superior National Forest, to include Cook &Lake counties. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to mow and brush designated Forest roads.The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about Apr 1, 2013. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of the Request for Proposal. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded for a base year and four optional years. The not-to-exceed total contract value of $1,000,000. The guaranteed minimum amount for the program is $2,500. In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and have completed the online representations and certifications (www.orca.gov) data base.
