THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Pitney Bowes in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This sole source procurement is for hardware and software maintenance of Pitney Bowes equipment, including Models WF96 - Excalibur 30K Addressing, WMM7 - SMA for Smartmailer, W823 - Feedright Feeder for DA950, and W9SM - Smartmailer for Windows. The US EPA requires maintenance to the office machines in order to complete mailing tasks. Pitney Bowes is the sole source provider of maintenance for the equipment referenced above.

NO SOLICITATIONS OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein (or equivalent/adequate substitution) may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
