The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) has a requirement for a HumanOmni2.5 (16 sample) (Quantity2) and HumanOmni2.5 (96 sample) (Quantity-6) BeadChip Kits. The HumanOmni2.5 BeadChips four-sample format must support rapid, cost-effective studies with unprecedented coverage of the latest rare SNP content from the 1000 Genomes Project. The HumanOmni2.5 Bead Chip must have the following features:
(a) Number of Markers - ~2.5 million
(b) Number of Samples 4
(c) DNA Requirement 200 ng
(d) Assay Infinium HD
(e) Instrument Support HiScanSQ or iScan
(f) Sample Throughput - ~480 samples/week
(g) Scan Time/Sample - ~15 minutes
