This solicitation number is RFQ1675834 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41.

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) has a requirement for a HumanOmni2.5 (16 sample) (Quantity–2) and HumanOmni2.5 (96 sample) (Quantity-6) BeadChip Kits. The HumanOmni2.5 BeadChip’s four-sample format must support rapid, cost-effective studies with unprecedented coverage of the latest rare SNP content from the 1000 Genomes Project. The HumanOmni2.5 Bead Chip must have the following features:

(a) Number of Markers - ~2.5 million

(b) Number of Samples – 4

(c) DNA Requirement – 200 ng

(d) Assay – Infinium HD

(e) Instrument Support – HiScanSQ or iScan

(f) Sample Throughput - ~480 samples/week

(g) Scan Time/Sample - ~15 minutes
