This acquisition is a fixed price procurement for seawall repair in the Anglesea Section of North Wildwood, New Jersey along the Hereford Inlet frontage. Work may include, but is not limited to: Removal and reuse of existing stone, placement of stone filled marine foundation mattress, placement of core stone and stone fill, and placement of capstone ranging in weight between 2 and 4 tons. The required quantity of stone to complete the entire project is estimated to be approximately 16,000 tons. The entire seawall repair length will be approximately 500 feet.Estimated cost range for this procurement is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990. Issue date is on or about 3 April 2013 with a bid opening date of 11:00 a.m. on or about 2 May 2013. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) homepage located at https://www.fbo.gov/. Registration for plans and specifications should be made via FBO Internet homepage and hard copies will not be available. No written or fax requests will be accepted.
