The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items with Telecom Italia, Napoli, Italy 80143 as required by Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT). NCTAMSLANT requires telecommunications services at Naval Air Station Sigonella.



This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit an quote, which shall be considered by the agency. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 26 February 2014, by downloading the documents at the Neco Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notices is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517110. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.

Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
