The Federal Bureau of Prisons Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Bag in Box (BIB) beverages and the system for delivery for the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary Pollock , located in Pollock LA. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The estimated number of gallons (provided in 5 gallon base bags) is fifteen hundred (1,500) 5-gallon boxes for the base year and each of the option years. The contractor will also provide and maintain all equipment for the bag-in-box system. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12 month option periods for renewal.
