The Vermont Army National Guard has a requirement for replacement Army Service Uniforms (ASU) in support of their Funeral Honors Program. We are requesting 76 uniform packages with associated accessories and additional white shirts, shoes and cold weather caps. Each package will cover the uniform needs from head to toe for both Officers and Enlisted members (male and/or female) and be broken down by rank. Head to toe is defined as a uniform set including coats, trousers (males) or slacks (females), skirts, long and short sleeve white dress shirts, tie and/or female black neck tab, blue service caps (male) and blue service hats (female), extra chin straps for caps, chevrons, berets, socks, insignia, name plates, trouser belts, enlisted ceremonial belt, clip on suspenders and shoes. Soldiers name, rank, and sizes will be communicated upon request. There is no requirement for alterations with this solicitation. All major uniform items (coats, trousers, slacks, skirts, caps, and shirts) as well as insignia and rank must come from Natick certified (cloths goods) or the Institute of Heraldry-approved (insignia) vendors. The uniform coloring must match existing uniform coloring, with samples available upon request. Any of equal ASU components must provide the same salient characteristics as the Marlow White ASU items.
