This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W911W4-11-T-0082. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The associated NAICS code is 448110 and industry standard is $10M. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).

All quotes must clearly list the offerors name, address, POC with telephone number, and the solicitation number. The Government intends to award to only one company. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.

Delivery date is 15 MAR 2011 to Fort Belvoir, Va. Inspection and acceptance is FOB destination.

Quotes must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 1 March 2011. Offers must be submitted in PDF format. The offeror agrees to hold its prices in its quote firm for sixty (60) calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. This acquisition is solicited on a "Brand Name" basis. Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their quotes and submissions comply with all requirements.
