This is a synopsis for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in the solicitation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-45. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center - VAMC Providence, Rhode Island, 02908) has a requirement for nuclear medicine radiopharmaceutical supplies for use in Diagnostic Medical Imaging procedures for two (2) years (base and one option year). The vendor will supply the radiopharmaceuticals required and furnish secure transport FOB VAMC Providence, Rhode Island. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The VA may issue multiple awards of combinations of the line items as indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity items. This is a commercial acquisition under FAR 12.6 and 13.106. The radiopharmaceuticals to be acquired and estimated quantities are set forth in the solicitation. All quantities are estimated quantities. Offerors are required to courier the supplies within seventy-five (75) minutes of STAT notice (an approximately 75 mile radius of the VAMC Providence Medical Center); STAT delivery capability is required. Offerors outside the radius will not be considered. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS is 325412. The FSC is 6505.
