The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines Veterans Healthcare Systems, Bay Pines, Florida intends to purchase 1-Flo-Lab, 1-DICOM for PACS and 1-17" Touch Screen Monitor. Open Market materials listed below are required.
