The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Charleston, SC has a requirement for theprocurement of electronic modules, per attached RFQ, specifically designed byEmpower RF Systems, Inc. to be used for the SSEE Increment E, PMEL Program.The items are proprietary in design, and Empower RF Systems is the onlymanufacturer who can provide units for the original configuration of thisprogram. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13 NAICS code334220. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for theattached items.

Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to Receiving Officer, US NAVY,SPAWAR ATLANTIC CHARLESTON, SC, 1008 TRIDENT STREET, HANAHAN, SC29410 and shall be marked for (M/F) as specified. The Government will acceptquotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the productsto the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQto the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and isconsidered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due toRobbin Burton, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 24 February2011, 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Government will notpay for any information received.
